Shufersal needed a powerful B2C platform that would allow private customers and employees to purchase, send, and manage digital GiftCards across a large retail ecosystem.

Implementation of a 3DS payment flow through a GreenBox iframe, keeping sensitive card data outside the platform while preserving a smooth purchase experience.

Dual B2C and employee flows:

A tailored purchasing journey for private customers alongside an authenticated employee portal with real-time eligibility and subsidy logic.

Automated digital delivery:

GiftCards are sent by SMS and email with business rules for bonuses, eligibility, balance checks, and operational reporting.

Real-time systems integration:

Multiple API integrations connect the purchasing journey to Shufersal internal systems, the digital wallet, and external payment services.
